The forum featured high-level discussions across three private industry masterclasses led by industry experts. I designed the event collaterals and worked closely with vendors to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, I worked with Vijay Co. Ltd. to produce a LinkedIn highlight video to showcase key moments from the forum. The event collaterals included name tags and tent cards for attendees and speakers, a branded photo wall and standees, notebooks and pens for each class, and digital signages across the event space, among other materials.
